About Emily

Hello! I’m Emily, welcome to my studio page! I specialize in capturing your family from the from the very beginning and on. My goal for your session is to create the most authentic images of your family possible, so you can bottle up all of the little things that make you who you are. Real smiles, real laughs, real fun and real LOVE. During a session with me you can expect a relaxed environment, lots of jokes, playing and hugging. I want your kids to play and giggle and be themselves, I never expect children to behave as if they are not children. While i always work to achieve that perfect portrait with everyone smiling at the camera, the magic lies in the moments of connection between your family.

I want you to walk away from your session with a big smile and a lot of beautiful memories, feeling relaxed and confident that we captured the authentic YOU.

My studio is located at 1020 J street Modesto and is the perfect little nest for newborns (and their families). My hope for your newborn session is that you can come to an enjoyable and relaxing couple of hours, being in total awe of your perfect new addition. I supply all of the props, wraps, headbands and hats that you could ever want, but please feel free to bring something special that you may want to include. The studio is warm, quiet and comfortable, please make yourself at home and rest assured that your baby is in good, experienced hands. Although I always try to get as many adorable poses as possible, my sessions are baby led and I follow their body language in posing, feeding (and changing accidents) in order to get the sweetest and most relaxed images of your little one as possible.

Before we meet, the first person you speak to will likely be my assistant Ally. She is the one who responds to inquiries and can help you decide what type of session best fits your needs and can help you find the perfect date for your session. You can reach her via email or the contact page on this website.

Thank you for trusting me to capture your memories
